The six easy steps to getting your business online
How the process works
Please have a look at our website design process and contact us to discuss the process in more detail.
We’ll be happy to talk through all the steps involved.
Choose a Website Package
Swift Creations operates a fixed fee pricing structure. This way you will know right from the start exactly how much your website will cost.
Once you have decided on the right package for your business, call us or get in touch online.
Complete Website Brief
You’ll then need to tell us about your website design requirements. This is done by completing our design brief where you can tell us about any creative and technical requirements you have for your website. Alternatively you can give us your requirements over the phone or call in at our offices to discuss your project.
Assigned Website Designer
At this stage you’ll be assigned your website designer who will work with you and keep you fully up to date with the design and development of your website. Our website designers will create a completely unique design concept for your website based on our study of your industry background and any suggestions on colour, theme, layout etc.
No Obligation Trial Design / Demo
When we’re happy with the work we have done, we’ll send you a web link to a no obligation trial/demo design. You can then tell us about any changes you’d like made that will improve the website’s design. You might want us to try other colours, images, fonts etc. You might also have some new, additional ideas to inject into the design.
If you decide to go ahead after seeing the demo design, you’ll then need to commit to the project by placing your order. Once your order is confirmed we’ll do the necessary design revisions and will keep making tweaks and adjustments until we arrive at the perfect design for your website.
Final Approval/Website Launch
Once the design has been finalised, you’ll have a final opportunity to review the website. If you are happy with everything the project will be signed off as completed and the website will be published to the Internet.
